(she, her, hers)
Martha unites her background in policy and politics with a deep understanding of what it takes to create effective organizations and teams. She’s a trusted thought partner and strategic advisor to transformative leaders. She thrives on navigating executives and senior managers to their Brava Point™.
Prior to founding Brava Point™ LLC, Martha served as the Director of Government Relations for the City of Portland, OR, overseeing federal and state legislative programs and international affairs. She studied interactive facilitation techniques as the Development Director for a youth organizing nonprofit in Boston, MA. She earned a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, an M.A. from the University of East Anglia in the U.K., as well as Certificates in Diversity & Inclusion and Leading Remote Teams from Cornell University.
Martha finds inspiration on the trails, mountains, and beaches in the Pacific Northwest and travels to Italy to connect with her family and Italian roots. She volunteers with organizations working to empower diverse leadership, enjoys cooking with local farm-to-table ingredients, and laughs a lot with her wife about the adventures of their two entertaining cats.
